    Nowadays sicknesses, majority related to mind setting. It's a good approach to do meditation to purify the mind and rest soul and body. I used to say moral cultivation. Even sometimes I do my moral cultivation by doing house or yard chores. It's the time either think nothing to rest my brain or think about what I did wrong.
